How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Allow about 7 to 25 days for delivery of your products or items in your mailbox due to the high demand of the costumers. Also, it is always depending on the weather conditions and the ground/air traffic.

How much is Shipping & Handling? 

Shipping and handling fee varies depending on product type, size, and weight. On the confirmation payment screen, the exact amount will be listed for your review before processing. Shipping per item is discounted when multiple items are purchased.

What countries do you ship to?

Everywhere on the planet! 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay or with a Paypal account on our site. If you have a problem to settle your purchase with one of the means, thank you for trying with the second. No checks are accepted.

What should I do if my order never arrived ?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@rustik.shop noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

What if my item is damaged ?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us at info@rustik.shop .

What if my item is in the wrong size or color?

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

You can check the status of your order at any time with your tracking number.

We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used once when you purchase your product. Then your credit card information will be automatically purged.
